Floor repair & reinstatement
The visible soft spot is rarely the complete repair.
Water can travel below vinyl, carpet or laminate and remain around sheet joins, bottom plates or joists. We assess the likely source, carefully expose what is necessary and define the repair once the affected area is understood.
Where plumbing is involved, we coordinate an appropriate licensed plumber. The floor is only closed up once the leak is resolved and the area is ready for reinstatement.
